Hotel Cantal Cottages - Saint-Georges (Cantal)

The room was spacious, with clean bedding and a comfortable bed, made for a restful night. Hot water was plentiful in the shower, and the tv worked perfectly during downtime. Parking directly outside the room made unloading luggage hassle-free. The easy access to the motorway was a plus, ideal for travelers on the go. There were drawbacks. There was no kettle in the room, missed, especially after a long drive. Plus, the air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool, which might be an issue in warmer months. Minimizing dining options nearby was disappointing. The only choice was a sandwich from a petrol station.

The rooms were individual, large, came with TV, a kettle, for example. Remote location of this nice budget hotel was a bonus.

Oh la la, the fresh French patisseries nearby are to die for! You can't miss those crispy croissants. And the room was spotlessly clean. Parking right at your door is a sweet bonus!

While the hotel feels a tad bare-bones with no kettle or in-room dining allowed, and the air con might leave you hot under the collar in summer, just grab a sandwich from the nearby petrol station and enjoy the rest of your stay.

My experience was marred by the lack of basic amenities like a kettle in the room, really frustrating, especially after a long drive. The air conditioning was almost ineffective, struggling to cool the room adequately during warm nights. To top it off, the dining options were almost non-existent. We were left with no choice but to grab sandwiches from a petrol station nearby.

The air-conditioned double room was spacious and equipped with a tv, and the private bathroom had a decent shower with plenty of hot water. Parking right outside my room was super convenient for unloading luggage, and the location just off the motorway made it ideal for a quick stopover. The breakfast was also a treat, with warm croissants and a good selection of pastries!

The only downside was the absence of tea or coffee making facilities in the room.

We stayed here for one night and it was just what we needed. Super comfy beds and the bathroom was super clean, a huge plus! The breakfast was decent, although it could use more choices. WiFi didn't work so well in our room, but that didn't ruin our chill time. Loved the easy parking right outside too!

The room was super comfy, and we really enjoyed the excellent flow of the shower after a long day. Chilling out on the sun terrace with a nice book was a favorite part of our stay. Just a heads up, there wasn't a kettle in the room, but that barely put a dent in our positive experience. 😊

Free Wi-Fi worked well in my room, and enjoyed the tv. Parking easy.

The location was perfect, near a supermarket, commercial area, and fuel stations. Tumuli de la Chau was only 3 km away, which was convenient.

A huge variety of goodies for breakfast. Magnificent and perfect location right by Barcelona ferry to Majorca, LeClerc supermarket. - Good value for money in a commercial area
